The joy of summer for students is gone and the nightmare of parents is over. Pain and joy live side by side. But, we all face the hard reality of study with our children the love of our existence. Do you prepare yourself for the success of your child or are you waiting side way to learn your fate that your child did not pass their GCSE.
All the preliminary work has been neglected. What would we expect; success or failure?

Studying with a child at home can be a daunting task. Most parents don’t know how to study effectively with their children. Some parents may have a great desire to help their child, but very often never achieve the long term goal to study with them. Some parents may buy study guides at the beginning of the year and for the first few days, they will enthusiastically try to work with their children, but as time goes on the study guide is slowly abandoned with the excuse of “we will do it tomorrow”. The study guide will never be entirely adhered to. Thus, each year, new guides are bought, but the same result is achieved. Hence, this study guide too may be left half-way if this time the parent has more resolve to study slightly longer.
The problem here is that a lot of parents don’t know how to study and help their children to do their homework effectively.
